Our Friday Classes are a great way to experience and hone subtle energy skills through teaching about principles and plenty of guided hands-on practice. We cover a range of topics across the spectrum of working with the energy field and chakras, Nervous System Energy Work techniques, and esoteric theory and meditation.

Energy work for enthusiastic bikers, golfers and gardeners with a side discourse on dealing with chess injuries (mostly to self-esteem and other soft tissues).

It'll be a gas... Test your refluxes... Cramping your style... What's the matter, these bad jokes too hard to digest? Working with the digestive system to enhance your facility in locating and working with the stomach, liver, large and small intestines, and sollving problems of bad humors.
