Our classes teach principles and practices of our hands-on energy methods, including Nervous System Energy Work, work with the chakras and color frequencies and with the human energy field. In each class a principle is presented, demonstrated and practiced in small groups, with hands-on supervision from Carol and Jim.

This class is open to new and experienced students. New folks will have the benefit of help from experienced students to better access the energies and to sense subtle phenomena. Experienced students will be guided to work at their own learning edge-- a hallmark of our teaching at Pathways.
